Search from where your day starts.
Pick your office, your college or a locality, and set how far you're willing to travel. Every PG inside the circle shows up — on a map or as a list.
Drag the slider on the phone.
A PG app with two sides. Tenants find a bed near where they actually need to be — with the real rent and the beds that are really free. Owners run the place — rooms, beds, residents and rent — from their phone.

Rent is shown per bed, for every room type, and free beds are counted from the owner's own books — not a "vacancies available" banner. Reviews come from people who stayed.
Send a request for yourself or your group, and follow it from sent to accepted. You'll know your bed and room before you pack a single box.
Tell the kitchen if you're eating tonight. Report the geyser, and close it only when it's really fixed. See every rent payment your owner has recorded. Chat with your owner when you need to.
Tap Yes or No on tonight's dinner.

Rooms, beds, residents, rent, food and repairs — the things now spread across a notebook, a calculator and fifty WhatsApp chats.
Illustrative screen, sample numbers.
The beds are already picked for you. Change them if you like.
UPI, cash or card — you log it, both of you see the same ledger. Nezdoo never touches the money.
Rent minus expenses, month by month. Deposits are held, not earned — so they never inflate it.
Share the menu to your PG's group. Residents answer on a web page — no app, no sign-up.
Each PG gets a code. A resident types it to ask to join — you confirm the bed and the rent.
Residents report a problem from the app or the web page, with the room attached. You mark it fixed — and it only closes when they agree it is.
There's no payment gateway in the app. Tenants pay their owner directly, as they do today; the owner records it so both sides see the same ledger. We never ask for card or bank details.
Tenants can verify with the Aadhaar Secure QR. We check UIDAI's digital signature on our server and keep the name, date of birth, gender, photo and last four digits — never the full number, never the address.
Verified means someone from Nezdoo visited the property. Owners can't award it to themselves. Every other listing is the owner's own description — worth a visit before you decide.
Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete my account, in both apps. Your profile, photos and messages go with it. No email chain, no waiting.
Anything else? [email protected] — a person replies within a working day.
Soon — both apps are being finished for iPhone and Android. Nezdoo is the app for tenants; Nezdoo Owner is the app for people who run a PG.
No. No money moves through Nezdoo. You pay your owner exactly as you do today, and the owner records it in the app — so you can both see the same ledger.
Someone from Nezdoo visited the property. Owners can't give the badge to themselves. A listing without it is the owner's own description — still worth seeing in person.
You don't have to. If you choose to, scanning the QR on your Aadhaar lets an owner see that your details came from UIDAI. Only owners you've asked to stay with can see it, and only while there's a reason to.
Yes. The owner shares a link to the PG's group; residents open it in the browser, type their name and number once, and answer Yes or No for each meal. They can report a problem from the same page.
Your owner — they can act on it today. Report it from My PG in the app, or call them. For bookings, refunds or your account, write to [email protected].
Nezdoo and Nezdoo Owner are coming to iPhone and Android.
